2010 / 2011 Season Travel Team Payment Plan
In an effort to keep the cost as low as possible, the budget committee reviewed all the operational costs and established a budget for the 2010-11 season. DYH receives income from the player’s fee, sponsors, and fund raising activities. Practice Ice cost has increased again this year, as well as league cost, ICE TIME is very EXPENSIVE. There are also fewer players in our program this upcoming season as well. Because of these facts the Budget Committee has recommended and the Board has approved the tuition for the 2010-2011 season to increase. The fee for the 2010-2011 season will be $1050.00 for travel team players.
Like last season the skills instruction will remain but has been reduced to 7 weeks of instruction and will be provided by T.E.A.M.S. training.
This year we will use the following payment schedule for everyone.
Registration payment of $250 was paid at tryouts.
First payment of $300 is due on or before July 1, 2010.
Second payment of $300 is due on or before August 1, 2010.
Last payment of $200 is due on or before September 1, 2010.
Anyone with multiple family members in the program that would like to have a longer payment period please email the Treasurer at

The board of directors also approved the following policy regarding fee payments. All players will be paid in full by Sept 15, 2010 or they will not be rostered on a team and not allowed to play. To be added to a roster once it has been submitted to Mass Hockey carries an additional fee of $100 which will be paid by the payer.
Any family who pays in full before Aug 1, 2010 will receive a $30 credit.
Payment notices for each of the dates (Aug and Sept) will be mailed to the player’s home address (about 2 weeks before the due date as a reminder) unless we are instructed to mail them to another address.
