Dedham Youth Hockey Mission

Mission 
Through fun, friendship, and skill development, our mission is to create a safe and positive hockey experience that the boys and girls of Dedham will remember for a lifetime.

Philosophy 
Our program has 4 imperatives:

1.    Foster Dedham Pride through hockey excellence
2.    Provide our families a memorable hockey experience at an affordable price

3.    Develop exceptional skaters that play the game hard, fast, smart, and fair
4.    Create an engaged hockey community through on and off ice fun and family   

Strategy 
We will deliver on our mission to create a memorable hockey experience by:

• Instituting American Development Model (ADM) practice plans at all levels of the program
• Developing qualified and passionate coaches who teach our kids to play the game the right way
• Engaging our families through effective communication and regular social events
• Fundraising effectively to support and fund the program’s goals
  
• Complimenting player development with quality in-house skills and hockey camps
