Learn To Skate
Dedham Youth Hockey is proud to launch our Learn to Skate (LTS) Program as part of our mission to emphasize fun, friendship and foster a love of skating in these beginner skaters.
Learn to Skate is designed to develop basic skating skills (e.g. balance, stride, edges and stopping) as an introductory program for children interested in hockey.
No previous skating experience is necessary.
Our team of experienced certified coaches use toys, games, and obstacles to enhance the learning process and inspire skaters to learn to skate through play and fun!
DYH welcomes and encourages Parents to get involved in your child's journey in learning to skate and eventually playing hockey.
We are a volunteer program and rely on parents that have skating or hockey background to join the fun!

Learn to skate is intended for children age 3-10. No previous skating experience is necessary.
